- Manage employee relations & disciplinary issues
- Implementation of HR policies, procedures & processes
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are updated and in line with current employment legislation
- Provide and brief staffs with updated changes on policies, processes and legislation
- Handle disciplinary / grievances and HR issues
- Handle recruitment process
- Manage general affairs and administration activities
- Ensure that all Company records, legal documents and licences are maintained and updated
- Review and submit for approval on request for general affairs activities, stationeries, office / vehicle repairs & maintenance, etc
- Maintain office tidiness / cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage and supervise security personnel activities, duty roster, etc
- Manage and supervise GA / Admin Assistant activities
- Coordinate business travel arrangement (eg.,flight and hotel booking), visa application, etc
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to work independently
- Highly motivated individual who is well informed of the local employment legislations
- Able to communicate effectively and maintain positive employee relations at all levels
- Must be able to communicate in English (business level)
